1.Damage caused by biting or chewing
Jawline Waly is made from food-grade silicone and is designed for its intended jaw-exercise use.
Damage, cuts, tearing, or breakage caused by:
- Sharp or pointed teeth
- Excessive biting force
- Due to food grade quality
- Improper or unintended use
- Using the product beyond its intended purpose
is not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
2. Manufacturing defects
If your product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged before use, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
3. Product received damaged
If the product is visibly damaged when you receive it, please do not use it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos showing the condition of the product and packaging.
