At JawlineWaly.pk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

We only offer refund or exchange in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • You received a damaged or defective product

2. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, the customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video (proof of opening the parcel)
  • Clear evidence showing the issue (wrong item or damage)

⚠️ Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.

3. Conditions

  • The issue must be reported immediately after receiving the parcel (preferably within 24–48 hours)
  • Product must be unused (except for inspection during unboxing)
  • We reserve the right to verify all claims before approval

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by customer (if applicable)
  • Used or damaged by customer after delivery

5. Resolution

Once your claim is approved:

  • We will either replace the product or process a refund, depending on stock availability and situation.
