At JawlineWaly.pk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We only offer refund or exchange in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- You received a damaged or defective product
2. Proof Requirement
To process any claim, the customer must provide:
- Unboxing video (proof of opening the parcel)
- Clear evidence showing the issue (wrong item or damage)
⚠️ Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.
3. Conditions
- The issue must be reported immediately after receiving the parcel (preferably within 24–48 hours)
- Product must be unused (except for inspection during unboxing)
- We reserve the right to verify all claims before approval
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer (if applicable)
- Used or damaged by customer after delivery
5. Resolution
Once your claim is approved:
- We will either replace the product or process a refund, depending on stock availability and situation.
